Sources expect Pep Guardiola to leave Man City at the end of the 2024/25 season. Khaldoon Al-Mubarak will still try to persuade him to stay another year at the club, according to Paul Hirst from The Times.

In the same article, it also says that there’s a suspicion in some parts of Manchester City that Ederson will ask to leave the club this summer.

Steve Kay from Football Transfers revealed that Manchester City are interested in Newcastle’s Bruno Guimaraes, but are unlikely to meet the £100m release clause. According to sources close to the deal, the fee would need to be significantly lowered for Man City to complete a transfer the would equal their club record.
