According to Ben Jacob’s from 90min, Manchester City have now approached Bruno Guimaraes' camp.
Man City are said to be looking for a player to compliment Rodri. The article states that Manchester City like that if they were to sign him from Newcastle, Bruno Guimaraes could play in either the number six or number eight role.
In other transfer news, Simmon Mullock from The Mirror reported that Manchester City will face competition from both Liverpool and Arsenal in the persuit of Wolves player Rayan Ait-Nouri, who has a value of £50m. Pep Guardiola believes that he will be a perfect addition to his team after being asked by the Wolves coach to play as an inverted left-back this season.

Thursday - Match-day!

Manchester City faced Brighton in the Premier League. It was a 4-0 Domination at the Amex as Man City thrashed the seagulls, with two goals coming from Phil Foden, and Kevin De Bruyne and Alvarez also adding their names onto the score sheet.
This meant that City went two points clear of Liverpool and within one of Arsenal with a match in hand - An excellent position to be in.
This win also meant that Rodri's unbeaten run in a Manchester City shirt has extended to 69 games, with his last loss being over 400 days ago, the most EVER in the Premier League - Incredible.

Manchester City faced Nottingham Forest at the City Ground, coming away with a 2-0 win. Josko Gvardiol scored a wonderful header in the 32nd minute to put City 1-0 up. Erling Haaland returned from Injury with a bang as he scored City’s second in the 71st minute, skipping past the keeper and edged City closer to the top of the Premier League. This meant that City are now a point off leaders Arsenal who beat Tottenham earlier on today.
